TEXAS LEGAL & SERVICE TERMS
Service Area Requirement: All maintenance services must be performed within RV Rescue Rangers designated service area in the state of Texas, within the 50-mile radius. Additional fees apply over 20 miles. RV units located outside the service area at the time of service may be subject to additional travel fees or service denial.
- Payment Terms: Maintenance contracts are billed in one (1), six (6) or Twelve (12) equal payments over the 365-day contract term. Failure to maintain payment schedule may result in suspension of services and/or late fees.
- Non-Transferable: Contracts apply only to the registered RV and owner listed at time of purchase and are non-transferable.
- Spot Seal Disclaimer: Roof spot seals are preventative and cosmetic in nature and do not constitute full roof replacement or warranty coverage.
- Service Call Fee Waivers: Free service call fees apply only to scheduled appointments under the Total Confidence Plan and hold no cash value. Service call fee applies to all other contracts and appointments.
