1. What areas do you service?

We are a mobile RV repair service proudly serving New Braunfels, TX and surrounding areas including North San Antonio, Seguin, Marion, Blanco, Canyon Lake, and the Texas Hill Country. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, just ask — we’re happy to check.

2. Do you come to RV parks, campgrounds, or private property?

Yes! We service RVs at RV parks, campgrounds, storage facilities, and private residences. As long as we can safely access your RV, we can come to you.

3. What types of RVs do you work on?

We service most:

Travel trailers

Fifth wheels

Motorhomes (Class A, B, and C)

Toy haulers

We provide a wide range of mobile RV repair and maintenance services, including:

5. Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?

Yes — emergency and after-hours service may be available depending on technician availability. Emergency rates apply. If your trip is on the line, call us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

6. How much does a service call cost?

We charge a service call fee, which covers travel, assessment, and diagnosis. This fee is due regardless of whether repairs are approved. Labor and parts are quoted separately after diagnosis.

7. Do you provide estimates before starting work?

Yes. Once we diagnose the issue, we’ll explain the problem clearly and provide an estimate before proceeding with repairs. No surprises, no mystery charges.

8. Is payment due at the time of service?

Yes. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept approved forms of payment discussed at booking. Unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees in accordance with Texas law.

9. Do you offer warranties on your work?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a limited labor warranty. Warranty terms may vary by service and do not cover pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied parts, or unrelated system failures.

10. Do you work with RV extended warranties?

Yes, we work with many RV extended warranty providers. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the warranty company’s terms. Any non-covered costs are the customer’s responsibility.

11. Can you work on brand-new RVs?

Yes — but some repairs may still be covered under manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to advise whether your issue should be handled through a dealership or if mobile service makes more sense.

12. Do you sell or install customer-supplied parts?

In some cases, yes — but customer-supplied parts are not covered under our labor warranty. We reserve the right to decline installation of parts that are unsafe, incorrect, or poor quality.

13. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please provide as much notice as possible. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to an appointment or service fee, depending on circumstances.

14. Do you tow RVs or hook them to vehicles?

No. We do not tow RVs or hook/unhook RVs to tow vehicles. Our insurance does not cover these services.
